why is my start of the new year so bad... :(

i had an accident last sun which i do not want to mention anything abt it at all but most pple shld know. actually, many pple know. whoever met up with me this year shld know. teck had a great time scolding me the other day. i was supposed to go meet angela on that fateful day but i felt so bad abt the accident that i didnt meet her. so sorry. i hope she hasnt left spore yet.

we were gonna have potluck at gw's hse on thurs for his adv bday celebration so i decided to go dino to get a cake and have them write his name on the cake. i had to carry 3 boardgames and its so heavy la. when the bus door opened, i cldnt find my stupid ezlink card with a remaining value of $12 which i had topped up the day before (im so glad i listen to my mum and nv top up more than $10). i walked back to my seat and found a fat man seated down alrd. i tried to search on the floor but the bus driver closed the door! i quickly pressed the bell and got down. i called kent cus he said he might meet me at teeps. i called 3 times and he didnt ans, as usual. i called his hse and nbd picked up either. so strange la. whats his maid doing. must be watching tv again. shes damn slack one lor. always watching tv and talking on the phone. ooh btw! i cant wait to go his hse for cny!!! hehe. i hope the guys have no proj or assignment to do.

anw. after i got the cake, i finally got thru kent! i told him i lost my ezlink card and he said he'll come and pick me. at that moment, i felt v happy. haha cus before i called kent, when i was still home, teck offered to come teeps and meet me to help with the boardgames and cake too but i told him i can handle it. and then its kent! im not used to them being nice to me, seriously.

haha the party at gw's hse was good. :) we ordered 4 pizzas and a big box of old chang kee and 4 pkts of beehoon plus a lot of gor heong and 2 big pkts of chips, 1 dino choc cake, 1 tub of choc chip ice cream and vodka! im so glad gw likes the presents we bought. 2 shirts and 2 berms. haha good right. cny no need buy new clothes le. i love practical presents!

on the way to gw's hse, kent almost fell aslp while driving. he didnt know the way to gw's hse either. so strange. then he told me hes actually v tired and he didnt want to drive but he thought i was quite poor thing and he decided to even though heavy traffic and he cldnt drink vodka with us... haha so nice hor. :)

eh dont go yet! i haven finished my "suay" stories. on wed, i had to go relc, near shangrila, to pay my sch fees and i missed the stop cus i didnt know where to stop. the first time i went there i took cab and you know me la, i dont note the routes or landmarks or anything that matters to me at all... the second time was with jasmine and as usual, i followed blindly. im always relying on pple and always so dependent. when i finally climbed up the stupid slope to the building, i saw a super long queue. the queue started at level 2 and i was queuing at level 1. yes its that long. and what evidence do i have to show the queue was really long? I QUEUED FOR 2 HOURS. there were 70 pple before my turn lor. i stood there for 2 freaking hrs lor. damn sian la. when i finally paid the sch fees, i was alrd one hr late for sch so i decided to make my way to teeps for self-study. after i walked back down the slope to the bus stop, i realised there was a gate at the bus stop! the route i took was a much longer one and there was no no need to walk up the slope. hai. nvm. when i was in the bus, neo msged me! hehe. she just ended sch! we met up at teeps for desserts and old chang kee and 4 leaves and chatted happily. i forgot what we chatted abt but yea happy times. my appetite is getting out of control!!! i need to control. :(

after our old chang kee curry puffs, we walked to the teochew porridge place opposite "talk cock sing song" and waited for the rest to arrive. it was a v cold night. everyone seems to be doing well. :) kangs is selling cny goodies for charity and planning to go nepal later. shes having intern now and waiting for her hair to be shaved in june. van is interning too and im glad shes coping better with this change in her life. she has french twice a week and piano once a week. so busy hor. char is working fulltime now and its good! everyones so busy la. so chong shi. neo is still the same though. quarreling with her mum at least 7 times a week. oops. isnt that like everyday? hahaha. shes so cute la. shes our little nyonya. good la. im happy for all my girls. all doing sth thats meaningful and proper and profiteering. 11 days of the new year have passed. so far, what have i done? hmmm... oh. i cleared some debts. gotta pay back char and yay thats it!

i know the entry is getting boring. okok. just a few paras to go... i know la. i always have a lot to say. but i really wanna share with you my suayness ma. ytd morn, before work, i wanted to go deposit my cash but the bank was closed for servicing. wth lor. they were only servicing one machine and they closed the whole freaking bank. so suay right.

since i had no ezlink card, i decided to activate my uob debit. i went to the mrt station and queued at the control station cus the ticket office was closed. however, the officer told me he cant activate, only the ticket office can but it only opens at 12 on weekends. wth. i asked if i can do it at the bus interchange and he said no and anw, it isnt open yet either. wth again. he suggested me to get single-trip cards. i told him im taking buses, not trains. he said i shld use coins. i thought he was right, i shld use coins. i went to the bus interchange and waited for my bus, thking that everything was gg to be fine when i realised i needed to take not only 1 bus but 3 buses so i need to have enough coins! i quickly went to change. sian.

work was fine. the client was damn nice to me la. hahaha im seriously aunty-killer. she made me da bao chicken wings, nuggets and lots of fruits! my fav! hehe. we ate sandwiches fishballs etc on the spot alrd but she still made me bring back. oh. but i dropped my colleague's new phone the ground and it caused a dent!!! i felt so bad la. :(

i spent $6 worth of coins on taking 4 buses lor. to holland, i need $4.50 alrd. you dont take note of how much you spend on public transport hor. you shld try to take note. its quite a lot leh! after work, i went to bugis with the guys to do some shopping and also activate my card. the queue was super long and i had to queue for half hr. the guys damn nice la. i told them to go shop first but they insisted on waiting. i felt quite bad lor. anw, i cldnt stop them. haha.

aiya! i feel so unlucky alrd and today, i went out with my fam to get some stuff for the hse and patrick dropped his cashcard INTO the door cus the window was wound down. omg right. how lucky is that. the gap is how small. buy 4d also not so zhun lor. i feel 2008 was quite shitty. pls pls... can 2009 be a good year for my fam? :)
